Key missions
🎨 Design and refine user interfaces and experiences

🖌️ Create high-quality designs
You will design intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing UI/UX for our products, prioritizing simplicity, usability, and consistency.
🔄 Iterate and enhance continuously
You will refine existing experiences through frequent, incremental design updates rather than occasional large-scale redesigns.
📐 Follow best practices and modern standards
You will ensure all designs adhere to UX best practices and evolve in line with current design trends.
🎨 Maintain OneDoc’s visual language
You will preserve and evolve our visual language across applications, including components, patterns, and interactions.
🖋️ Design detailed visual elements
You will create or refine icons and other visual elements as needed, ensuring visual coherence and attention to detail.
🛠️ Support seamless implementation
You will prepare clear, practical design handoffs for developers and collaborate during implementation to ensure design quality is maintained.

- You have hands-on experience working with and maintaining a design system.
- You show great interpersonal skills and are able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Recruiting process
We care deeply about offering a transparent, respectful, and human hiring experience. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Introductory call with our HR team: a first conversation to get to know you, your background, and your past achievements, and to see how your experience aligns with our needs.
2. Online meeting with a manager: we will organise an online discussion with a manager, where we will go deeper into the position and during which you will have the chance to show us why you are the good person for the role
3. On-site presentation: you will be invited to our office to discuss a case study with one of our senior team member (CTO/CEO/COO for example). This will be a conversation to assess your critical thinking, where we will focus on understanding your choices, trade-offs.
3. Reference checks: we will speak with one or more former colleagues or managers to better understand how you work in a team and your past impact.
5. Validation conversation with our CEO: a final discussion to answer all your remaining questions about OneDoc, our vision, and to make sure there is a strong mutual fit.
