The role

We are looking for a Product Manager who can translate user feedback and business needs into clear, impactful product decisions. You will own our core products: the mobile app, the patient website (onedoc.ch), and the professional platform (pro.onedoc.ch).

This role comes with real ownership—you will work closely with top management, design, and development teams to ensure we consistently build the features that deliver the greatest value.

Position overview:

  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Employment type: Full-time (100%)
  • Location: Geneva / Lausanne
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Work model: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

Key missions

You will gather and synthesize insights from customers and internal teams, turning them into actionable inputs for product decisions.

🔍 Identify problems and define initiatives

You will spot meaningful opportunities and translate them into clear product initiatives that drive impact.

🤝 Align with top management

You will regularly coordinate with leadership to ensure product priorities reflect company goals.

📝 Define functional specifications

You will create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, functional flows, and edge cases to guide development.

🎨 Design low-fidelity wireframes

You will sketch concepts to illustrate functional intent and work with the UI/UX designer to transform them into polished mockups.

⚖️ Prioritize work effectively

You will rank tickets based on business impact and user value, ensuring the team focuses on what matters most.

🛣️ Shape the product roadmap

You will collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to define and evolve the roadmap, aligning features with strategic goals.

💡 Support development

You will answer functional questions from developers during implementation to ensure clarity and alignment.

🔄 Review and iterate on features

You will evaluate shipped features, gather feedback, and refine them to maximize user value and business impact.

Your profile

You can be our next Product Manager if:

  • You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

  • You have experience in working on SaaS or web-based products, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment

It would be amazing that:

  • You speak French and/or German

What will make a difference:

  • You bring excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, quickly identifying issues and proposing effective solutions

  • You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You are structured and pragmatic in your approach to problem-solving and decision-making
