To support our growth, we are looking for a QA Specialist to join our Development department in Geneva.
This is a full time position starting as soon as possible.
What are your missions?
- As a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will actively contribute to ensuring the quality of OneDoc’s products by working closely with the development and support teams. Your role will involve early detection of issues, validation of new features, and continuous improvement of our QA processes.
- Participate in the writing and execution of functional and non-functional test plans (primarily manual testing on web and mobile applications).
- Identify, document, and track bugs using ticketing tools (e.g., Notion, GitLab).
- Work closely with developers to understand specifications and ensure sufficient test coverage.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of automated test scenarios (depending on your technical level).
- Validate the quality of bug fixes and new features before they are released to production.
- Take part in specification reviews to anticipate test cases.
- Suggest ideas to improve overall product quality and enhance the efficiency of testing processes.
What kind of QA Specialist are we looking for ?
About you:
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile methodology is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of testing principles (functional tests, regression, exploratory testing).
- A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in QA is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticket management tools (GitLab, Notion, Jira, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of programming (TypeScript/JavaScript) and test automation (Playwright, Cypress, etc.) is an asset.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and thorough.
- Analytical thinking & problem solving
- Strong team spirit and good communication skills.
- Fast learner and able to work independently.
