​Privacy notice: When you apply to a job at OneDoc, the personal data contained in your application will be collected and processed for the purposes of managing OneDoc's recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results thereto, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes. Such processing is legally permissible as necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by OneDoc, which are the solicitation, evaluation, and selection of applicants for employment. In addition, during the recruitment procedure, with your prior explicit consent, we may approach third parties (such as recruitment agencies, reference persons, previous employers or training supervisors) to gather information about you. 

In case your candidacy is not successful, your personal data will be retained by OneDoc for 30 days following the rejection notification. During this period, we retain your data to allow us to finalize communication with you and to perform statistical analyses on recruitment metrics (application volume, source tracking, etc.). After this 30-day period, your personal data will be automatically deleted from our systems. 

If you reapply to OneDoc in the future, you may be asked to resubmit your application materials.
