The role

 

We are looking for a DevOps / IT Infrastructure Engineer passionate about building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure.

This is a role with real ownership: you won’t just operate systems — you will actively shape how our infrastructure evolves, ensuring performance, observability, and reliability across our platform.

Position overview: 

  • Contract type: Permanent 
  • Employment type: Full-time (100%)
  • Location: Geneva / Lausanne
  • Start date: As soon as possible 
  • Work model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

Key missions

  • Design & manage infrastructure

You will design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security for our SaaS platform.

  • Automate & optimize workflows

You will implement CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and monitoring tools to improve deployment speed, system reliability, and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure security & compliance

You will maintain system security, backups, and compliance standards, and collaborate with teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

  • Drive observability & monitoring

You will design and implement robust monitoring, logging and alerting to ensure real-time visibility into system health, performance, and user experience.

  • Collaborate across teams

Work closely with the CTO, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into resilient infrastructure solutions.

  • Continuous improvement

Stay up to date with best practices and introduce new tools and processes to continuously improve performance and scalability.

Your profile

You can be our next DevOps / IT Infrastructure Engineer if:

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in DevOps
  • You are proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • You have experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • You have knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation tools
  • You are experienced with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • You have hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, etc.)
  • You are skilled in Linux systems administration and networking
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • You are committed to best practices in security, scalability, and maintainable infrastructure
  • You are fluent in English (French is a plus)


Note: This position is based in Geneva or Lausanne (Switzerland) and is open exclusively to applicants with a valid work permit.
